🪪 Step 1: Login & Go to Create Event #
- Login to your event organizer account.
- On your Dashboard, find the left-hand menu.
- Under “Event”, click on “Create Event”.
📝 Step 2: Fill in Event Details #
You’ll see a form with several fields. Fill in the required details:
- Event Name
- Event Image (flyer – JPG/PNG under 10MB)
- Event Description
- Event Category (select up to 3)
- Virtual Event (tick the box if online)
- Event Location
- Start & End Date/Time
- (Optional) Age Restriction, Last Entry Time, Dress Code
- (Optional) Tick “Private Event” if you don’t want it visible on the homepage
🟢 Step 3: Click “Publish Now” #
Once you fill in all required fields, you’ll see a “Publish Now” button at the top (just below the Event Details heading).
Click it to instantly publish your event!
đź•“ Step 4: Or Save as Draft & Publish Later #
If you don’t publish right away:
- Your event will be saved as a draft.
- Go to “View Event” under the Event menu.
- Find your draft event → click the three-dot menu (⋯) → select “Publish Now”.
✅ That’s it! Your event is now live and ready to accept attendees.
