Once your event is live, TicketShack gives you everything you need to run it, from tracking ticket sales to seeing exactly who is coming. This guide walks you through managing your event after it goes live, or while it is still a draft.
Step 1 — Access the events you’ve created #
1. Log in to your organiser account.
2. From your Dashboard, go to the left-hand menu.
3. Select Events > View Events.
4. You’ll see all the events you’ve created, each showing its name, scheduled date, ticket sales, total revenue and status (Draft or Published).
Tip — Use the search bar or date filters at the top to find an event quickly.
Step 2 — Open the event dashboard #
1. Click the event you want to manage.
2. You’ll land on the Event Details Dashboard, the control centre for that event.
From here you can:
- Edit your event information
- Cancel or postpone the event
- View the public event page
- Duplicate the event for future use
- End ticket sales when needed
Step 3 — Check ticket sales and revenue #
Scroll to the Sales section to see a full breakdown by ticket type: its status, price, number sold and revenue generated. At a glance you’ll know which ticket types are live, how many have sold and how much you’ve earned.
Note — If no tickets appear here, check that you’ve added tickets in your event setup.

This section displays live sales data from your event.
Step 4 — View attendee information #
Below the Sales section you’ll find the Attendees list, showing each attendee’s ticket ID, ticket owner, email, ticket type, gender and check-in status. Use it to see who has registered, verify ticket types, check who has arrived on the day, and pull contact or reporting data.

You’re in control #
That’s everything: editing, cancelling, tracking sales and managing attendees, all from one place. Stay informed, make smarter decisions and give your attendees a smooth experience.
