TicketShack’s email campaigns let you reach the right people directly, whether that’s promoting a new event, sending reminders or following up with past attendees. This guide walks you through creating and sending a campaign.

Step 1 — Open the email campaign section #

1.  Log in to your organiser account.

2.  From your Dashboard, go to the left-hand menu.

3.  Under Marketing, select Emails.

4.  Click New Campaign to get started.

Step 2 — Set up your campaign #

Fill in the basic campaign details:

  • Campaign Name — a title just for you, to recognise the campaign later.
  • Which Event? — select the event this email will promote.
  • Recipients — choose who receives it, using your audience tags.
  • Subject Line — what your audience sees in their inbox.
  • Reply-To Email — the address where any replies will go.

Step 3 — Add visuals and content #

Build out how your email looks and reads:

  • Header Image (optional) — upload a banner or flyer to catch attention.
  • Heading — add a clear, catchy headline.
  • Body — write your message in the text editor. This is the place for your event details, any reminders and a clear call to action, such as “Book your spot today”.

As you write, a live preview appears on the right so you can see exactly how your email will look.

Step 4 — Send or save #

  • To check it first, click Send Test Email to preview it in your own inbox.
  • When you’re ready, click Send to launch the campaign immediately.
  • If you need more time, click Save Draft to finish later.

Tip  —  Timing matters. A well-timed email, sent while interest is high, is one of the simplest ways to turn browsers into confirmed attendees.
