If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it in a couple of minutes. This guide walks you through resetting it and getting back into your account.
Resetting your password #
1. If you’re currently logged in, click Sign Out in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
2. On the sign-in page, enter the email address linked to your TicketShack account.
3. Click Reset Password.
4. Open your email inbox.
5. Find the Verify Your Email message from TicketShack. If it isn’t there, check your spam or junk folder.
6. Enter your new password and click Update Password.
7. You’ll be redirected to the sign-in page. Enter your email and new password to log in.
You’ve now reset your password and can access your account as normal.
